INDEQCO is seeking a Vice President, Finance to support its growth by serving as a strategic partner to the CEO, leadership team, and Board. Reporting directly to the CEO, the VP Finance will be responsible for enterprise-wide financial stewardship, including operational finance, management and board reporting, working capital management, capital allocation, risk oversight, and M&A activities. The VP will also oversee the accounting and IT teams to ensure financial operations run smoothly and efficiently.The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong technical background in finance and experience working closely with executive leadership and board members. They will be able to provide strategic financial guidance to support the company's growth and expansion plans. The VP Finance will play a key role in decision-making processes related to financial management, risk assessment, and capital allocation, making them a crucial member of the leadership team as our client enters its next phase of growth.
