The Vice President, Finance at Universities Canada will play a key role in guiding the organization's financial strategy and decision-making processes. They will work closely with the President, senior leadership team, Board, and committees to provide thoughtful financial leadership and support the organization's mission-driven goals. Responsibilities include overseeing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, risk management, treasury, internal controls, IT/IM, and pension plan oversight to ensure the organization's continued effectiveness and resilience.The ideal candidate will bring insight, judgment, and a service-oriented mindset to the role, helping to ensure that financial and technological systems, policies, and processes enable sound governance, operational excellence, and informed choices across the organization.
