The Vice President, Finance will be a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer. They will lead a centralized corporate finance function, overseeing financial reporting, accounting operations, budgeting, cash management, and financial systems and controls to ensure accuracy and transparency across the organization. The VP, Finance will provide leadership to a Calgary-based finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement, while working closely with senior leadership to enhance financial processes and internal controls.Additionally, the VP, Finance will play a crucial role in supporting our client's modernization of core financial and operational systems, strengthening the financial foundation of the company. They will be responsible for bringing greater consistency and clarity to financial processes, supporting a cash-flow-driven business model, and ensuring operational rigor, timeliness, and attention to detail. The role carries enterprise-wide responsibility for financial integrity in a high-volume, transaction-intensive business environment.
