Our client GVHA is seeking a Vice President, Finance & Administration to play a crucial role in the organization's period of growth and transformation. Reporting directly to the CEO, this position will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and management of financial and corporate services. The Vice President will oversee financial administration, strategic planning, performance reporting, human resources, information technology, contract administration, office administration, enterprise risk, privacy, and regulatory compliance. Additionally, they will advise the CEO and Board on financial performance, organizational oversight, governance, and business transformation.The successful candidate will be a key member of GVHA's executive leadership team, leading annual strategic planning and business planning processes. The Vice President, Finance & Administration will play a critical role in driving the organization's growth and ensuring effective financial management and corporate services.
