The Vice President will be responsible for leading the expansion of Area X.O under the direction of the President and CEO. This role will involve overseeing all aspects of operations, growth, and sustainability, while scaling the organization to its next phase of development. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of executive leadership experience, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a proven track record of scaling complex innovation-driven enterprises. Working closely with a dedicated team, the Vice President will ensure operational excellence, security, sustainability, and measurable impact, while enhancing Area X.O's national and global reputation as a hub for next-generation technologies.Key responsibilities of the Vice President include developing and implementing a long-term plan and technology roadmap for Area X.O, setting annual targets for client impact, market expansion, technology adoption, sector engagement, and economic outcomes. They will also be responsible for managing all aspects of Area X.O, including personnel, physical assets, and budget, with a focus on achieving year-over-year growth in financial performance, client satisfaction, and organizational sustainability. Additionally, the Vice President will lead and collaborate with a team of engineering, business development, and operations professionals, setting clear priorities and KPIs for professional development, project delivery, and client impact, while modeling leadership and providing coaching consistent with the organization's values.
