The Vice President will oversee anesthesiology services across our client, focusing on strategic planning, financial performance, and operational efficiency. This role will involve leading workforce planning, recruitment, and retention efforts, as well as implementing clinical standardization initiatives and performance improvement strategies to enhance access, improve surgical throughput, and optimize resources.
