The Vice-President & Head of Trent Durham Campus reports directly to the President and is responsible for providing strategic and administrative leadership for all aspects of the Durham campus. This role involves overseeing strategic growth, community and government relations, philanthropy, academic program development, and enrolment management. The Vice-President plays a key role in advancing Trent Durham's profile and strengthening the University's presence in the region, while also managing budget, campus operations, student services, experiential learning partnerships, and capital planning. Additionally, the Vice-President leads a dedicated team that collaborates closely with Trent Peterborough to advance institutional priorities, enhance Trent Durham's brand, and support its growth and impact through various strategic initiatives and external projects.As a member of the executive team and the President's designate in the region, the Vice-President plays a highly external-facing role that involves engaging with various stakeholders to promote Trent Durham's mission and objectives. The successful candidate will work closely with the Provost and Dean to ensure alignment between academic programs and institutional goals, while also fostering relationships with key partners and donors to support the campus's continued growth and success. The Vice-President will be responsible for driving innovation and excellence in all aspects of Trent Durham's operations, while also contributing to the overall strategic direction of the University.
