The Vice President of Ambulatory Surgical Services will be responsible for leading the growth and development of our client's ambulatory surgical enterprise. This includes driving service line growth, expanding patient access, improving quality outcomes, engaging physicians, and enhancing operational performance across surgical practices within the system. The Vice President will collaborate with physician leaders, hospital executives, and administrative stakeholders to develop and implement innovative strategies that support sustainable growth, optimize care delivery, and improve the patient experience. Working closely with other senior leaders, this individual will play a critical role in aligning ambulatory surgical operations with hospital-based perioperative services, fostering collaboration across teams, supporting physician recruitment and retention efforts, identifying market expansion opportunities, and driving initiatives to improve surgical throughput, care coordination, quality, and financial performance.
