The client is seeking a Vice President, Access Services to serve as a key member of the senior leadership team. The role will provide strategic vision and operational leadership to transform patient access across systems, processes, and infrastructure, and will report to the division’s Chief Operating Officer within a physician services division that supports medical groups and physician enterprises.

As a critical strategic leader, the Vice President, Access Services will help standardize, strengthen, and modernize enterprise operations through a unified, technology-enabled management services organization. The position is accountable for building a world-class, consumer-centric culture focused on delivering seamless, compassionate, and efficient access to care, while supporting excellence in both patient and physician satisfaction.

Responsibilities include collaborating on the design, adoption, and optimization of access-related tools and technology; creating and implementing strategic plans for process improvement, upgrades to data sharing, and automation; leading initiatives that standardize clinical and operational policies, procedures, and workflows; and partnering with administrative and physician leadership to ensure effective processes are implemented that enhance the patient experience. Core qualifications include a bachelor’s or master’s degree in health care administration, business administration, finance, accounting, or a related field, along with substantial progressive experience with a significant portion in a management capacity, and demonstrated ability to navigate a complex health system while maintaining professional, productive relationships across physicians and staff.
