The client is seeking a Sales Director to take on global responsibility for sales, both directly and through international distributors. The ideal candidate will develop new markets, manage key accounts, and negotiate with industry partners. Working closely with the management team, the Sales Director will actively shape the future of the company with the possibility of becoming a shareholder. Experience in international sales of technical investment goods, particularly in food technology, is preferred. The successful candidate will have a strong personality to maintain long-term customer relationships, drive sustainable growth, and contribute to the client's success story.

The client is looking for a Sales Director who is technically savvy and familiar with the challenges of industrial meat processing, possibly starting their career as a butcher or in a similar role. The ideal candidate will work independently, pragmatically, and goal-oriented without relying on a large support team. Strong communication skills in both German and English are required, as well as a willingness to travel worldwide. The Sales Director should have an entrepreneurial mindset, values-driven orientation, and fit into the world of a performance-oriented medium-sized company.
