The client is seeking a Value Creation Partner to lead and further develop the firm’s value creation capabilities and approach. This role will serve on the leadership team alongside the investment partners, guiding post-investment transformation and defining and executing the value creation strategy across the firm’s portfolio.
The Value Creation Partner is responsible for shaping how value is created throughout the portfolio, ensuring that transformation efforts are aligned with overall strategy and delivered effectively. The role will oversee the end-to-end value creation process for portfolio companies, coordinating initiatives that support sustainable improvements and performance.
In addition, the Value Creation Partner will manage and lead a team of value creation professionals, including generalists, functional specialists, and AI resources. The role will drive the team’s effectiveness and capabilities to strengthen the firm’s overall value creation practice.
