Description

The client is seeking a US Senior Sales Executive to lead the trims division’s sales and marketing function in North America, taking responsibility for commercial growth and customer engagement. This role will develop new business opportunities, expand key relationships with fashion brands, and drive overall sales across the trims portfolio, aligning go-to-market activities with the division’s objectives.

The successful candidate will lead sales and marketing efforts in the region, building and maintaining relationships with major fashion and apparel brands and identifying and converting new opportunities across the trims product range. Responsibilities include presenting the product offering to designers, sourcing managers, and product developers; negotiating pricing, terms, and long-term agreements; representing the client at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings; and collaborating with production and logistics teams to support timely and accurate order fulfillment.

To be considered, the candidate will typically have at least 8 years of sales and/or marketing experience within the textile, trims, or apparel ecosystem, with strong knowledge of garment manufacturing components such as interlinings, elastics, zippers, or similar. An active network of decision-makers at U.S. fashion brands and retailers is expected, along with excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, and experience supporting marketing initiatives, trade show presence, or digital efforts, while working independently and collaborating effectively across global teams.
