Description

The client is seeking a US Marketing Director to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that strengthen brand visibility and engagement across the US market. The role will collaborate closely with global teams, including counterparts at company headquarters, to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned and effectively delivered. As a key member of the US area business management team, this director-level position will lead end-to-end 360-marketing activation planning and support growth in the direct-to-retail channel.

Responsibilities include leading the creation and delivery of operational marketing strategies and campaigns in the US market in line with global marketing guidelines. The role will build and execute marketing plans to meet business targets, manage and optimize 360 marketing campaigns, and oversee budget management, forecasting, and marketing spend allocation and tracking. The director will also manage monthly performance reporting related to targets, sales outcomes, and stock levels, while ensuring timely and on-budget campaign launches.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing management, ideally within luxury goods, with at least seven years of experience in a comparable leadership role. Requirements include higher education in marketing, business, or a related field, demonstrated ability to develop and implement marketing strategies, and strong leadership experience managing and developing a marketing team. The role also requires excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, proficiency in digital marketing with an understanding of marketing trends and analytics, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment; fluency in English is required, with Spanish and Italian as advantageous.
