The client is seeking a US Marketing Director to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that increase brand visibility and engagement across the United States market. Based in Miami, this role supports 360-marketing activation plans within the US area business management team and helps drive growth in the direct-to-retail channel. The director will collaborate closely with global teams, including counterparts at company headquarters, to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned and executed seamlessly.
The US Marketing Director will lead the creation and delivery of operational marketing strategies and campaigns across the US market, building and executing marketing plans to achieve business targets through the management and optimization of 360 marketing programs. Responsibilities include overseeing budget management, forecasting, and the allocation and tracking of marketing spend; managing and reporting on monthly targets, sales outcomes, and stock levels; and ensuring timely, on-budget campaign launches. The director will also act as the brand guardian to maintain a consistent and compelling brand message across all media.
Key qualifications include at least 7 years of experience in marketing management, ideally within the luxury fragrance industry, along with demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies. The role requires strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing a team, as well as excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities. Proficiency in digital marketing and an understanding of marketing trends and analytics are expected, alongside strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment; English fluency is mandatory, with Spanish and Italian considered a favorable advantage.
