The client is seeking a US Managing Director to drive improved processes and controls while supporting the company’s growth in the US market. This role focuses on strengthening how the business operates and expanding performance through effective leadership and market execution across the United States.
The US Managing Director will be responsible for setting both strategic and tactical direction, with a hands-on approach that is oriented toward the field. The role is expected to build and leverage relationships with distributor buyers, applying a creative, business-minded style to grow the brand presence and commercial results.
Candidates will typically have 10–15 years of experience in the wines & spirits industry in the US, with demonstrated success in senior leadership positions such as GM or CEO, and a strong background in nationwide distribution. Prior experience as a Sales Director or VP of Sales is strongly appreciated, alongside a proactive, dynamic working style; experience holding titles such as CEO, Chief Executive Officer, General Manager, or Managing Director is also valued.
