Description

The client is seeking a US General Manager to launch and scale a growing beauty brand’s US operation. The role focuses on expanding direct-to-consumer sales, developing the brand online and through social media in partnership with the HQ team, and building key accounts by leveraging brand momentum and an existing network of stakeholders.

The ideal candidate is a modern CPG executive with strong expertise in eCommerce, DTC (direct-to-consumer), digital marketing, and social media. Experience in a digitally native brand environment at the Director/VP of Marketing or VP of Growth level is highly relevant. Wholesale distribution is expected to be guided by HQ, with the primary opportunity centered on leading the end-to-end US business and scaling a team that is still early-stage.

Qualifications include extensive CPG experience, including at least five years in eCommerce with meaningful DTC involvement, plus prior P&L responsibility. The client also values an entrepreneurial mindset suitable for a startup-like environment, and bilingual French and English is a strong plus. Prior general management leadership and senior operational roles (such as General Manager, Managing Director, Country Manager, COO, Chief Operating Officer, or Chief Executive Officer) are appreciated.
