The client is seeking a UK Market Head to lead and grow ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) coverage across the UK. The role will focus on building a strong UHNW client strategy and driving asset growth through direct client management and team leadership within a global private banking and wealth management context.
Key responsibilities include managing and expanding a book of UK-based UHNW clients, developing the UK market desk by onboarding new talent and mentoring Relationship Managers, and collaborating with investment and compliance teams to deliver tailored cross-border solutions. The role will report to the Global Head of Wealth Management.
Candidates should have a strong track record managing UK UHNW clients and bringing a transferable book of assets. The position also expects deep knowledge of cross-border private banking regulations and Swiss booking models, along with experience leading private banking teams or UK market desks within an international wealth management platform.
