The client is seeking a Chief of Staff (Director of Value Creation) for a high-growth B2B SaaS company, in partnership with a global private equity fund. This role will involve working closely with the CEO, PE investors, and executive leadership team to drive strategic initiatives in areas such as Go-to-Market Strategy, M&A, Product & Technology Strategy, and Operational Efficiency. The company is aiming to triple revenue through a combination of organic growth and M&A activities.
The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of experience in high-growth software businesses, with a background in Strategy, PMO, Operations, or Commercial functions. Strong operating experience in the software industry, particularly in B2B SaaS, is required. Previous experience in Strategy Consulting, Investment Banking, or Private Equity is also preferred. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate the ability to analyze complex challenges, provide actionable insights, and lead large-scale transformations.
