Our client is looking for a strategic financial leader to manage the charity's finances and lead the Finance and Investment Committee. The ideal candidate will have CFO-level experience or equivalent financial leadership at the Board level, preferably in a similar organization. Strong communication and influencing skills are essential to provide the Board with the necessary financial insights for decision-making. Knowledge of charity finance and governance would be beneficial for this role. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial management of the charity and chairing the Finance and Investment Committee. They will need to have a strong background in financial leadership and be able to effectively communicate with the Board to provide the financial insights needed for decision-making. Experience in charity finance and governance would be advantageous for this position. The ideal candidate will have the confidence and skills to influence and guide the Board in financial matters to ensure effective decision-making.
