We are looking for two or three new Trustees to join our client's Board and assist in driving the organization's growth. The Chair of the Finance & Risk Management Committee will be responsible for providing strategic leadership in finance and ensuring long-term sustainability. This individual will work closely with the Executive team to maintain strong financial governance and support the organization's income growth.The Trustees we are seeking should have expertise in fundraising, equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI), youth engagement, or the performing arts. These individuals will play a key role in shaping the organization's strategic direction and advocating for its mission to provide a nurturing space for musical excellence. Overall, the new Trustees will be instrumental in helping the organization achieve its goals and continue to thrive in the future.
