The client is seeking a Tribunal Officer for a 6-month contract, working 5 days per week remotely. The role will involve managing Tribunal appeals, drafting responses, preparing evidence, and representing the client at final hearings. To be considered, candidates must have previous experience as a Tribunal Officer in a local authority setting, with a strong understanding of SEN/D and the SEND Code of Practice.
Responsibilities of the role include considering appeals, managing a caseload, and liaising with witnesses. Interviews will be conducted via Teams starting the week of July 14th, with CVs being reviewed early the following week.
