Description

the client is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Treasury Coordinator to support treasury operations across multiple companies and industries. Reporting to the Senior Manager – Treasury, the role will help ensure accurate cash positioning, efficient transaction execution, and strong coordination across internal and external partners in a multi-company environment.

key responsibilities include monitoring and reporting daily cash positions across bank accounts, coordinating cash movements such as wire transfers, intercompany loans, and foreign exchange transactions with proper documentation and approval workflow adherence, and assisting with cash flow forecasting inputs. The coordinator will also serve as a primary contact for treasury-related inquiries, liaise with banking partners on operational matters, support bank administration including signatories and user access, and assist with opening, closing, and modifying bank accounts while monitoring bank fees and contributing to periodic fee analysis.

the coordinator will ensure treasury activities comply with internal controls, policies, and corporate governance requirements, maintaining up-to-date documentation to support internal and external audits. The role will also support credit and payment solutions by monitoring documentation and reporting for credit lines, loans, and mortgages, administering corporate credit card programs (including reporting, onboarding cardholders, managing credit limits, and updating account information), liaising to resolve card issues, and contributing to treasury initiatives and process improvements. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in treasury, finance, accounting, or risk management (or an equivalent mix of training and experience), demonstrated treasury/cash management experience in a multi-company environment, proficiency with Microsoft 365 and digital systems, strong attention to detail and accuracy, and the ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, maintain confidentiality, and collaborate across teams.
