As Treasurer, you will help oversee the financial health and sustainability of the organisation. Working closely with the Board, the leadership team, and the company accountant, you will provide strategic financial guidance, support strong financial governance, and contribute to effective Board-level decision-making. The role focuses on ensuring robust oversight of finances, advising on financial strategy, and strengthening sustainability planning.
Key responsibilities include overseeing financial governance and controls, supporting budgeting, financial planning, and reporting, ensuring compliance with financial and regulatory requirements, reviewing financial statements, and advising on risk management processes. Candidates should have experience in finance, accounting, or financial management, and previous Board experience is desirable.
