the client is seeking a Treasurer to support an innovation journey and to help grow expertise in blockchain-related environments. In this role, you will oversee liquidity management and financial resource allocation, develop strategic relationships with external institutions and market infrastructure providers, and manage regulatory needs. You will work in a fast-paced, innovative setting and help ensure compliance while staying ahead of relevant market developments.
Your responsibilities will include developing and leading treasury strategies, operations, policies, and budgets, covering areas such as token holdings, custody solutions, and trading. You will advise on capital markets, borrowing, investing, foreign exchange, treasury operations, financial risk management, and corporate finance initiatives. You will supervise internal controls to safeguard corporate assets and maintain the integrity of fiscal systems, ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, develop financial forecasts and monitor financial health, and provide strategic financial input into major organizational decisions.
As part of leading the treasury function, you will manage short- and long-term funding needs and support risk handling through accounting, audit, planning, and treasury activities. You will also collaborate with the technology team on new token initiatives, custody strategy, and best practices. Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in business, management, finance, or a related area, along with 5+ years of experience in finance and treasury, strong analytical skills, and excellent time management and prioritization abilities. You will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer.
