The client is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to support its expansion as a fast-scaling, globally focused organization operating where technology meets innovation. This role involves more than traditional recruiting; it requires acting as a strategic advisor to leadership in shaping hiring strategies and strengthening employer branding. You will support the development of a high-performing, collaborative culture as the business grows internationally. The role necessitates working closely with senior stakeholders across areas such as marketing, partnerships, operations, production, and events to attract and hire talent from diverse industries, including technology, startups, and digital ecosystems.
The responsibilities include managing the entire recruitment lifecycle for multiple roles across various functions and regions. You will partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, candidate profiles, and strategic hiring approaches. A significant aspect of the job is proactively sourcing, engaging, and attracting high-quality candidates worldwide. Delivering an excellent candidate experience from the initial contact to the offer stage is crucial, along with building and maintaining talent pipelines for current and future hiring demands. In addition to recruitment, support for onboarding and employee experience initiatives and the development of scalable recruitment processes and internal workflows will be expected.
Applicants should have at least 5 years of recruitment experience, either in-house or in an agency setting, with proven expertise in hiring across multiple functions, particularly within technology-driven or high-growth environments. The ideal candidate will excel at partnering with senior stakeholders, managing recruitment processes from end to end, and have strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities are essential, as is thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Preferred qualifications include experience in technology, startups, or innovation-driven ecosystems, support for regional or global hiring, and an interest in emerging industries and fast-growing business environments.
