WittKieffer is assisting our client in the search for the next President of Virtua Voorhees and Virtua Marlton Hospitals, as well as the Senior Vice President of Virtua Health. This leadership role involves overseeing the complete spectrum of care provided by an academic health system dedicated to the well-being of the South Jersey community and beyond. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic operations leader who can inspire teams, enhance quality, and cultivate strong relationships within the community. Working closely with hospital and system leaders, the President will drive growth, innovation, and sustainable performance while ensuring a deep connection to the local communities.Reporting to the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, the President will be responsible for daily administrative and operational functions at both hospitals. This executive must possess a strategic mindset and the ability to collaborate with key stakeholders to achieve operational excellence and drive clinical transformation. Additionally, the President will have oversight of Laboratory Services, Radiology, and Surgical Services across Virtua Health, playing a crucial role in advancing growth and strategic initiatives for the organization.
