The SVP/President, NBHMN will be responsible for leading the strategic growth and operational performance of our client's rapidly expanding medical foundation and affiliated medical network. This includes driving growth in alignment with the organization's ambulatory growth strategy, ensuring cohesive care delivery, and overseeing strategic initiatives, contracting, physician recruitment, business development, quality improvement, and clinical integration activities. The executive will work closely with the Chief Operating Officer to oversee operational functions and ensure efficiency, quality, and alignment with organizational goals.Reporting directly to the President and CEO, the SVP/President will play a key role in the overall success of our client by providing direction and oversight for all aspects of the medical foundation and affiliated medical network. This includes leading the clinical integration of the systems, as well as ensuring the strategic growth and operational performance of the organization. The executive will be instrumental in driving the expansion of the network and ensuring a cohesive approach to care delivery, ultimately contributing to the overall success and growth of our client.
