The SVP, Head, Private Client Services will work closely with the CEO and Executive Committee to develop and implement strategies to enhance our client's wealth management services. This includes overseeing client strategy, advisory excellence, portfolio management, and relationship management to ensure exceptional client outcomes. Additionally, this role will be responsible for driving growth within the retail sales team by developing and executing strategies to improve market share, expand services, and recruit and retain a talented advisor team.The successful candidate will have a strong background in wealth management and a proven track record of leadership in a similar role. They will possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills, as well as the ability to drive results through strategic planning and execution.
