The Chief People and Culture Officer (CPCO) will report directly to the President and CEO, Maulik Joshi, and will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources at our client. This includes developing and implementing HR services, contributing to the organization's overall goals and strategic directions, and serving as a key member of the executive management team. The CPCO will focus on enhancing employee engagement, talent acquisition, technology utilization, organizational development, succession planning, and integrating HR practices across the organization.The successful candidate will assess, develop, and implement HR strategies that align with our client's broader system goals. They will play a crucial role in ensuring that the organization's human capital is effectively utilized and aligned with its strategic objectives. The CPCO will serve as both a strategic and operational leader, driving the organization's HR initiatives and contributing to its overall success.
