The next SVP and CEO will lead the development and implementation of a strategic fundraising plan to support our client's mission and goals. They will work closely with the Foundation Board, executives, physicians, staff, and patients to ensure alignment of the fundraising strategy with the overall objectives of the organization. The SVP and CEO will be a key member of the executive leadership team, collaborating with the Chief Executive Officer of Sharp HealthCare to drive philanthropic efforts across the health system.Responsibilities of the role include overseeing all aspects of the fundraising program, including major gifts, planned giving, annual giving, and special events. The SVP and CEO will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with donors, stakeholders, and community partners to support our client's fundraising initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in philanthropy, leadership experience, and a proven track record of success in developing and executing fundraising strategies.
