The Superintendent / Head of Schools will help nurture the whole child, strengthen families, and expand opportunity within the community through a collaborative network of place-based partnerships.
As the senior leader, the Superintendent / Head of Schools will set and advance The client’s strategic, operational, and academic direction. The leader is expected to champion world-class learning experiences that prepare students to thrive in college, career, and life, ensuring academic excellence while supporting financial sustainability and organizational growth.
Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Superintendent / Head of Schools will oversee and coach school leaders and staff and play a key role in shaping the organization’s next chapter. This leader will cultivate a cohesive, mission-aligned culture, develop strong leadership pipelines, and use curiosity, humility, and a strengths-based mindset to empower students, staff, and families.
