The candidate should also bring experience managing both store operations and teams, along with exposure to the fashion retail environment.
Requirements include at least 10 years of retail management experience, with luxury retail experience being preferred and a strong retail background with a presentation and personality aligned to luxury expectations. Prior leadership experience such as District Manager, Regional Manager, Director of Stores, Area Manager, Store Manager, or Gerente de Tienda is appreciated, as is a background in luxury goods and high fashion.
