You will lead high-visibility, late-stage global clinical programs in the CNS area and help drive a growing, neuroscience-focused biotech environment that values agility and collaboration. This role centers on integrated project and portfolio management across multiple global Phase 2–3 neuroscience programs, with a strong focus on timely execution and strategic planning.
You will coordinate cross-functional teams—including Clinical Operations, Regulatory Affairs, Biostatistics, and CMC—to ensure aligned planning, execution, and risk mitigation. You will oversee program timelines, budgets, governance reporting, and scenario-based planning in close partnership with the Chief Medical Officer, and you will manage CROs and external vendors to ensure performance, quality, and delivery of key milestones while contributing to development pathway decisions in a matrix setting.
The successful applicant will have 10+ years of project management experience in pharma/biotech, ideally in small or mid-sized organizations, along with proven leadership in global Phase 2–3 clinical development (neuroscience experience preferred). Strong risk management, governance preparation, and vendor oversight skills are required, as well as the ability to lead cross-functional teams in complex matrix environments with excellent English communication; a life sciences bachelor’s or advanced degree is expected, and PMP certification may be beneficial.
