Sport Car Design Director
The client is seeking a Sport Car Design Director to lead the new sports car program. This role involves directing the overall styling design, development, and management of the sports car division. Additionally, the Design Director will be responsible for conducting prospective studies related to vehicle styling and building a robust styling development system. Part of the role is to establish a team development plan to enhance the overall abilities of the team.
Candidates should possess a bachelors degree or higher in industrial design or a related field. They must have over 12 years of experience in the styling and exterior design of international sports car brands, having successfully developed more than five models. The position requires a person with strong capabilities in styling trend analysis and a precise work attitude.
The ideal candidate should be able to adapt to an entrepreneurial corporate culture and possess excellent communication and coordination skills. Building the styling development system and guiding the team to success will be crucial components of the position.
