The client is seeking a Colorado Site Director to help lead a statewide effort to transform family-serving systems so that children and families can access timely, equitable support while reducing unnecessary and harmful system involvement. In this role, you will guide implementation of a shared vision with government and community leaders and support an established coalition grounded in trust and mentorship. Reporting to the client’s Vice President of Programs, the Colorado Site Director will play a central role in advancing the 211 Warmline as an alternative pathway connecting families to voluntary services with dignity.
Key responsibilities include translating the client’s mission and co-designed priorities into an actionable multi-year strategy, maintaining knowledge leadership across the evolving landscape, and using implementation insights, pilot data, and partner perspectives to adapt the state approach. You will identify and pursue opportunities to advance family-centered innovation, attract new collaborators, and influence how prevention-focused resources and attention flow. You will also steward operational and funding relationships to sustain and extend impact, represent core values in statewide policy and practice conversations, and support the continued alignment of partners around shared goals.
You will coordinate and strengthen the health, coherence, and momentum of a statewide Reimagining Child Welfare initiative by building and sustaining a coalition of government leaders, community partners, and lived experts. The role involves leading collective committee efforts by designing agendas, preparing materials, facilitating sessions, and ensuring follow-through across steering committee meetings, workgroups, and partner convenings. You will also sustain multi-sector influence by deepening authentic collaboration across diverse stakeholders to support ongoing transformation efforts.
