the client is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to deliver high-quality ServiceNow solutions focused on either HR Service Delivery (HRSD) or IT Service Management (ITSM). Working in a collaborative, cross-functional environment, you will partner with stakeholders, architects, and consultants to design and implement scalable solutions that improve efficiency and create business value.
Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions across HRSD or ITSM modules. You will configure workflows, forms, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts; gather requirements with business stakeholders and translate them into technical solutions; and develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and IntegrationHub. You will also support platform enhancements, upgrades, ongoing maintenance, and troubleshoot system issues as needed.
Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, along with 3+ years of ServiceNow development experience. You should have hands-on expertise in HRSD components (such as Case Management, Knowledge, Employee Service Center, and Lifecycle Events) or ITSM components (such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management). Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting frameworks is expected, along with experience with REST/SOAP integrations and working in Agile/Scrum environments.
