Description

We are seeking a ServiceNow Developer to deliver high-quality ServiceNow solutions focused on either HR Service Delivery (HRSD) or IT Service Management (ITSM). You will work in a collaborative, cross-functional team partnering with stakeholders, architects, and consultants to design and implement scalable solutions that support efficiency and business value.

Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions across HRSD or ITSM modules. This includes configuring workflows, forms, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts, as well as gathering requirements from business stakeholders and translating them into technical solutions. You will also support platform enhancements, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance, and develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and relevant ServiceNow integration components, while troubleshooting system issues as needed.

To be considered, you should have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 3+ years of ServiceNow development experience. You should have hands-on expertise in either HRSD areas such as Case Management, Knowledge, Employee Service Center, and Lifecycle Events, or ITSM capabilities such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management. Strong knowledge of JavaScript, the Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting frameworks is required, along with experience with integrations and working in Agile/Scrum environments.
