This role offers an exciting opportunity for a CRM specialist keen on shaping customer journeys within a luxury retail environment. The client is seeking a Senior CRM Executive to play a significant role in driving their customer relationship management strategy across various channels. The position is part of an expanding team focused on enhancing lifecycle marketing and automation capabilities to improve customer experiences.

As a Senior CRM Executive, you will be responsible for delivering impactful customer relationship management campaigns utilizing email, SMS, and direct mail. The position involves taking full ownership of campaigns from conception to execution, with a particular emphasis on automated and lifecycle-driven customer journeys. Key responsibilities include driving the CRM strategy, developing lifecycle and automated customer journeys, building comprehensive CRM campaigns from start to finish, and managing direct mail campaigns to ensure effective and timely delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years' experience in CRM or marketing, with a strong background in developing and delivering CRM campaigns. Hands-on experience in managing direct mail campaigns is also essential. The role provides the opportunity to work within a premium luxury brand and offers clear progression paths within a growing CRM team. Please note that sponsorship is not available for this position.
