The client is seeking a Senior Vice President of State Strategy & Partnerships to help shape and scale state-based influence for STEM and career-connected learning. The role will support the organization’s growth model as it evolves toward a strategy focused on state-level adoption, sustainability, and broader impact. The position will work to connect education experiences to college, careers, and real-world outcomes, leveraging a large network of programs and trained educators.
The Senior Vice President will develop and execute a deliberate state-by-state strategy to influence education and workforce-related policy. Responsibilities will include unlocking and supporting funding opportunities, building and maintaining coalitions with relevant stakeholders, and driving adoption at scale across states. The role will position STEM and career-connected learning as an essential component of state strategies for workforce development, economic competitiveness, talent pipelines, and student achievement.
This is a remote position. The client is looking for a strategic leader who can operate effectively in policy and partnership environments and translate organizational priorities into actionable state strategies. Competitive compensation is available and is expected to be commensurate with experience, and the engagement supporting this role is being managed by internal leadership at The client.
