The client is seeking a Senior Vice President of Marketing to lead the development and management of a high-growth builder’s risk platform. This executive role will spearhead go-to-market strategy, execution of growth initiatives, and scaling of distribution channels, with emphasis on expanding relationships with lenders, agents, and distributors as the platform grows beyond Texas into additional markets. The position focuses on defining market positioning, establishing repeatable acquisition channels, and aligning product underwriting priorities with operational execution to support a seamless bind experience at loan origination.
Key responsibilities include developing and implementing a distribution growth strategy to create repeatable channels across lenders, agents, and program partners, with clear targets by state, segment, and channel; identifying and deepening senior-level relationships with distribution partners, including creating partner programs and incentives and facilitating joint planning to sustain production. The role will manage go-to-market execution by overseeing pipeline discipline, lead flow, conversion processes, and producer enablement; refine market positioning and product messaging centered on speed-to-bind; and translate underwriting appetite into market-ready communications and field materials to improve close rates and reduce friction.
The client will also require cross-functional leadership to align underwriting, operations, and leadership around growth priorities, including hiring and developing marketing and distribution teams and building scalable structures to support continuous volume growth. Qualifications include 10+ years of experience in insurance marketing, distribution, and growth leadership in high-growth environments; deep expertise in builder’s risk insurance with strong knowledge of product distribution, go-to-market strategies, and partnerships with agents or lenders; and established industry relationships in builder’s risk and lending/distribution ecosystems. Candidates should have a proven track record in entrepreneurial settings with a strategic, hands-on operational approach; demonstrated experience building and scaling teams and processes; strong business acumen; influence and collaboration skills; and the adaptability to operate effectively through rapid growth and transformation.
