The Senior Vice President at MorseLife Health System will report directly to the President & CEO and will play a crucial role in strategically positioning the MorseLife Foundation for future success. This leadership position involves overseeing all fundraising efforts for the organization, including major gifts, planned giving, annual campaigns, grants, and special projects. The Senior Vice President will develop and implement a comprehensive annual fundraising plan, set goals for new gifts and pledges, monitor progress on revenue and other success measures, and manage expenses within budgeted expectations. They will also lead the stewardship and distribution of charitable gifts across the organization, ensuring continuous mission support and long-term engagement with donors.In addition to fundraising responsibilities, the Senior Vice President will act as the senior major gifts and planned giving officer, managing a portfolio of prospects and donors, cultivating relationships, and identifying new opportunities for donor growth and retention. This leader will also contribute to strategic decisions on program management and development as a key member of the leadership team. The Senior Vice President will lead the Foundation staff, including hiring, training, and performance management, to ensure the organization's fundraising goals are met and its mission of providing essential services to low-income seniors is sustained and strengthened.
