The new Senior Vice President will be joining a dynamic leadership team at our client, a university that is investing heavily in academic programs and growing its scholarly and research enterprise. The institution recently earned the distinction of a High Spending and Doctorate Production University (R2) and launched an ambitious strategic plan that focuses on academic excellence and technology-forward needs. The new Senior Vice President will serve as a lead fiscal steward and strategic advisor, supporting the president and the Board of Trustees in achieving the University's strategic aspirations.Reporting to the president, the Senior Vice President for Financial Affairs and Treasurer will play a critical leadership role in advancing the university's strategic goals. This position is responsible for leading and overseeing the institution's financial strategy, facilities and operations, and stewardship to ensure financial health, sustainability, and operational efficiency. The SVP will also be tasked with cultivating partnerships and synergies among financial planning, facilities, and operations to support the university's mission, strategic priorities, and academic objectives.
