The Senior Vice President for Academic Affairs (SVPAA) is responsible for overseeing all academic areas of the College and ensuring that the institution's mission is advanced. Reporting directly to the President, the SVPAA serves as the Chief Academic Officer and advocates for academic programs while providing leadership to faculty and academic staff to maintain high-quality standards in curriculum and programs. This role involves overseeing academic integrity, long-range planning, budgeting, program development, and compliance with accreditation agencies.The SVPAA plays a key role in recruiting, appointing, developing, and retaining faculty members while administering various academic divisions within the College. This includes overseeing departments such as the library, registrar's office, academic resource center, honors scholars program, veteran services, global education, and enrollment services. The position requires dynamic and innovative leadership to ensure that the College's academic programs meet the needs of students and align with the institution's goals for growth and success.
