The Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) will report directly to the System CEO and will play a crucial role in shaping the future direction of the organization. Working closely with the Memorial Health leadership team, the CSO will be responsible for executing the vision and strategies that will drive the next phase of growth and transformation for the health system. This includes conducting organizational reviews, assessing strategic performance, and identifying new opportunities for market leadership and growth within the healthcare industry.In addition to evaluating current market performance and identifying growth opportunities, the CSO will also help define the strategic functions of the organization and support the development of strong departments.
