The client is seeking a Senior Vice President, Producing to originate and shape new business opportunities across experiential, branded content, and immersive activation markets. In this role, you will serve as the initial point of engagement for prospective brand clients, leading early-stage relationship development by identifying strategic opportunities, framing client needs, qualifying briefs, and positioning the organization to win high-value work. You will own the front-end of the commercial lifecycle, ensuring opportunities are rigorously developed, strategically aligned, and transitioned to the Brand Conductor (VP, Project Delivery) for execution and long-term account stewardship.
Beyond pipeline generation, the Senior Vice President, Producing is responsible for driving sustained commercial growth, elevating creative ambition, and maintaining operational rigor across the brand portfolio. The portfolio may include experiential marketing, immersive activations, festivals, hybrid brand storytelling, and large-scale corporate events. The role requires a balanced approach of market-facing leadership, creative insight, and disciplined execution to deliver differentiated client outcomes while supporting scalable business performance.
The position is expected to demonstrate exceptional commercial fluency and proven leadership of production teams, along with a deep understanding of the experiential and brand landscape. Responsibilities include setting and owning revenue and margin targets for the brand market, driving sustainable year-over-year growth through disciplined commercial strategy, and proactively building a high-performing pipeline. You will be expected to apply leadership to guide teams through opportunity development and ensure that commercial efforts translate effectively into successful project delivery.
