As a Senior SEO Executive, you will support the SEO Manager in delivering organic performance within a fast-paced retail environment. The role is focused on day-to-day optimization and execution, with SEO as a highly visible function that helps drive traffic and revenue across the business. This position offers an opportunity to take on greater responsibility and contribute to measurable improvements in search visibility.
Your responsibilities will include supporting SEO strategy execution, making recommendations to improve rankings and overall performance, and conducting keyword research and analysis. You will carry out technical SEO audits, troubleshoot and resolve issues, and optimize site structure, internal linking, and on-page content. In addition, you will assist with content creation efforts such as category pages, blogs, and guides, and contribute to link-building activity. You will also report on SEO performance and track progress against objectives.
To succeed, you will have a strong understanding of core SEO fundamentals, and you should be proactive with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively while working at pace. Familiarity with SEO analytics and auditing tools is expected; Screaming Frog is required, and experience with Google Search Console and GA4 is required. Additional tools such as Botify, Pi Datametrics, or SEMrush are considered a plus.
