Reporting to an SEO Manager, this Senior SEO Executive role supports the delivery of organic search performance within a high-growth retail group. The position focuses on day-to-day SEO optimisation and execution in a fast-paced environment, with the function expected to be highly visible and instrumental in driving traffic and revenue across the business.
Key responsibilities include supporting SEO strategy execution, making recommendations to improve rankings and performance, conducting keyword research and analysis, and performing technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues. You will also optimise site structure, internal linking, and on-page content, help support content creation for category pages and other guidance-focused materials, assist with link-building activity, and report on SEO performance.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SEO fundamentals, be proactive, and be able to manage multiple priorities effectively while working at pace. Practical experience with SEO tools such as Screaming Frog is expected, along with familiarity with platforms like Google Search Console and GA4; additional tools (such as Botify, Pi Datametrics, or SEMrush) may be treated as advantageous.
