The client is seeking a Senior Real Estate Transactional Attorney with at least 10 years of experience to join its growing practice. This role will support sophisticated, well-established work across a broad range of real estate and corporate matters, including complex, high-value transactions in a collaborative environment.
The Senior Real Estate Transactional Attorney will lead and manage sophisticated commercial and residential real estate transactions, advising on acquisitions and dispositions. Responsibilities also include structuring and negotiating financings, supporting entity formation through drafting governing documents, and drafting and negotiating corporate documents and agreements.
In addition, the role includes ongoing business counseling and handling a wide range of general commercial agreements. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of relevant real estate transactional experience, strong experience spanning both real estate and corporate matters, and a proven ability to independently manage complex transactions while delivering strong client service.
