In this role, you will act as an embedded analytics partner within a product area, helping ensure that insight informs product strategy. You will define and own product performance metrics, analyze complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities affecting customer experience and commercial performance, and design and evaluate experiments to support product development and optimization. You will also translate ambiguous business problems into clear analytical approaches and actionable insights, and communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
You should have strong SQL capability and experience working with large, complex datasets, along with a background in product, commercial, or customer analytics in a fast-paced setting. Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI is expected, and Python exposure may be beneficial. You should be comfortable structuring open-ended problems and working independently, and be a confident communicator who can influence stakeholders through clear, data-driven storytelling.
