The client is seeking a creative and strategic senior-level marketing leader to oversee member-engagement marketing and to own key areas including content creation, campaigns, publications, digital marketing, and design teams. This newly created, full-time role reports to the Chief Marketing Officer and works as part of the senior leadership team, with responsibilities aligned to enterprise growth strategy and business goals. The position involves designing, implementing, and monitoring marketing strategies that support organizational growth and engagement across its broad member base.
Responsibilities include serving as an internal marketing consultant to senior leadership and key stakeholders, providing recommendations and proactive strategies to maintain a growth trajectory. The role will partner with business development and other functional areas to increase member awareness, engagement, and consumption of new and existing offerings, including supporting go-to-market plans. It also includes building and developing a top-tier internal marketing team across company locations, establishing and maintaining brand standards, and driving digital marketing strategy and positioning for owned channels.
The role further oversees PR strategy to maintain visibility and reputational standards, ensures high-quality graphics and design across creative assets, and develops and executes marketing campaigns across traditional and modern channels to support lead pipeline growth with high-quality leads. It will deliver ongoing performance reporting and actionable insights using a test-and-learn approach, measuring outcomes against goals such as ROI and key performance indicators while adjusting strategy as needed. The leader will manage third-party vendors when appropriate, oversee marketing budgets, and represent the organization in marketing activities with member organizations, including collaboration with committees and study groups, while bringing visionary, strategic, and execution-oriented leadership to build culture and effective processes.
